I’m delighted to share some exciting news. I’ve been chosen as a Guest Spotlight for Light Leaders 2026, taking place on 6th October in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire.

I’ve worked in the beauty and skin industry for over 20 years, and my whole approach has changed along the way. Healthy, glowing skin isn’t only about what we put on the surface. It comes down to what’s happening underneath, our hormones, gut health, stress levels and overall wellbeing.

Why This Feature Means So Much

As a Functional Skin Practitioner and Certified Menopause Coach, I’m passionate about helping women understand what’s really going on in their bodies, especially during perimenopause and menopause. My goal is simple, help you feel confident in your skin again, rather than chasing quick fixes that never quite reach the root of the problem.

That’s the mission behind everything I do at Enhance Beauty. Bridging the gap between skin health and women’s health, looking at the causes behind the changes you’re experiencing, and supporting you with evidence based treatments, education and practical lifestyle strategies so you can look and feel like yourself again.
